Hi I'm back !! Add a bit of sparkle to your life!! God don't we need it in these times of closed wallets and eating gruel!!!Well I have been down in the dumps too and my creativity hit an all time low but I'm back fighting and hopefully a little more positive and light . So what do you think?

A bag of crisps and amethyst chips!

Well its started, Xmas that is and I'm working like a mad dog. Also trying not to eat the entire contents of the fridge!I'm on a diet great time to start eh. I've entered into the strange world of weight watchers. There's something really surreal about lining up to be weighed , discussing how many points in a potato while your head still holds images of amethyst chips and jump links. Any way dying for a bag of crisps and a large glass of red wine the colour of garnet!

Drama at Greenwich Market!

Well an eventful Saturday was had by all at Greenwich market. I'd just finished serving a customer at my stall when an almighty bang resounded through the market.The cover to a water tank had been lifted by the wind and headed straight through the roof of the market onto stall and standing people. Luckily no one was badly hurt although an ambulance was called and a young boy was taken to hospital!The market was cleared and we all had to pack up early!I was having a good day too.Joking aside it could have been really serious. There is a definite Xmas buzz building up at Greenwich, people are beginning to put there hand in their pockets for their Xmas presents.Which means I need to start working hard again. It's funny how you chug along nicely and then PANIC! So no trawling the web pretending to research jewellery-- ha --ha -, time to rise to the occasion and do some grafting.What do you think of this.I made this for my lovely friend Debs for her bday.I'm sure she won't mind you taking a sneaky peak.

Has it been a whole year!!!

Yes it has been a whole year.OOH how time flies when your having fun!! Infact it's been a mixed bag of crying ,laughing from near death experiences,holiday nightmares,mid life crisis and working my fingers to the bone to make a crust in these hard times. Lets look on the bright side only six weeks to christmas!!Greenwich market is beginning to buzzz, although British Rail,DLR and the Jubilee line need to get their act together PLEASE STOP THE ENGINEER WORKS ON THE WEEK-END is that loud enough for you. As if business isn't hard enough your taking the bread out of my babies mouth! I think I'm slightly over egging the point now but I did mention a mid life crisis! Back to the matter in hand JEWELLERY. Big, bold, black, purple. Every thing very sparkly but edgy too. I will have it at my stall, come early get your orders in for christmas . Little black dress got to have something twinkle from your your neckline! See you there!

Summer at last!Don't you just love it!! My hibernation is finally over I have rose from the dead!! In plain terms I got my arms and legs out to the world --well nearly.So Grenwich arts and crafts market is heaving,hot and sweaty! It's been almost a month since I updated my blog.Was it I was busy creating that perfect spring collection- alas no such luck just surviving this oh so long winter!!!! .I have sat in Greenwich market with enough clothes to outfit a small country. Its cold It's soo cold and apparently it's going to be wet this week-end too and it's the London marathon where people desert Greenwich after 11 o,clock!!! Spring time!!

Spring is in the air and I'm freezing my butt off!This weekend at Greenwich Art's and Crafts market was so cold there were no punters .Can't say I blame you .The thought of a boozy Sunday lunch followed by good Sunday afternoon movie on the settee sounds infinitely more pleasurable than damp meander around a bleak market .I'm really selling it but come this Saturday the sun will shine and a beautiful necklace around your long slender neck would be just the thing for an Easter Sunday.Failing this it will something to aspire to for hot balmy summer night-can't wait!

That Telephone!!

In my workshop today and the phone has not stopped ringing!!I work from home on the second floor the phone is on the first floor! In between making a chunky turquoise necklace I'm racing downstairs to answer the phone.Today I have been agony aunt to a distraught friend and have befriended a market researcher who valued my opinions on the Birmingham trade fair! How sad is my life! Not really it can be solitary but I wouldn't have it any other way--besides it's good exercise. I'll show you the necklace soon.

I've trudged london today bought silver and mused on what to make ,perused the jewellery in Topshop , and Liberty's and I feel slightly flat. I need a some inspiration or an early night! It was Greenwich Arts And Crafts Market this week-end and managed to sell all my new pieces so what to do next watch this space!!

Take a look at this bracelet with this seasons colours. Snow flake Obsidian is such a good stone to mix with silver.Great accessory to go with hot pinks and lime greens and of course Grey which is featured this season.
